About Me

I dream of a world where differences are a source of energy that drives connection and care. That is why I work with people and groups committed to developing the capacities and creating the conditions to engage in multicultural communities with the purpose of building a world where everyone can thrive the way they want to thrive. In the last 14 years, I have used systems change, network collaboration, and the development of learning communities to drive transformation in corporate, educational, and non-profit settings in areas such as global learning and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).
